this has been my monday workout for the last year. quads and glutes to start the week! details below 🌸 🌸heavy hip thrusts 5 x 8-10 reps 🌸heavy squats. I dont have an exact number on these. I will warm up with 10 x 135, 8-10 x 185, 6-8 x 225, and see how much i can reach until i fail. Today was 1 @ 275. 🌸SS leg press into single leg leg press 4 x 10 🌸single leg step up 4 x 8-10 each side 🌸leg extension 5 x 15 (amrapish) 🌸 SS elevated heel weighted goblet squats into body weight elevated heel goblet squat slow and controlled into speed elevated heel goblet squats AMRAP.
