His treatment plan is intense: 28 weeks of daily radiation therapy, paired with a six-month course of advanced hormone therapy to stop the cancer from spreading. Alton is uninsured. Every cost—from treatment to transportation—is falling squarely on his shoulders. Alton can’t work while undergoing treatment.
