How to use @DomDomHair Metal roller! ( My Version ) Before using rollers, make sure your haircut is layered and textured. If your haircut is too heavy with no shape, you won’t get the results you’re expecting! Step 1. Start with a pre-blowout using a round brush, then set each section with a roller while your hair is still slightly warm. The warmth will help the curl form properly. Step 2. Once all the rollers are set, let your hair cool down for 30 seconds or more. Before removing the rollers, I usually mist a little hairspray over them — just a little! Step 3. Finger-comb through your hair and apply texture spray at the same time. Make sure to spray underneath and inside the hair.
