This turned into a full-blown documentary, but please enjoy all of this completely unnecessary info about my summer 2010 wedding and the year that followed. James and I tied the knot with one semester of our bachelor’s degrees left. I immediately started student teaching, which, as any teacher knows, meant I was making exactly zero dollars. After my student teaching was up and our Bachelor’s degrees were secured, we headed to Quantico for James’s USMC officer training school (TBS). We were young, broke, and just figuring everything out as we went. We didn’t have much but we had everything 😭
