Investigators were seen loading a large tarp holding something heavy into a van that was driven to the Tarrant County Medical Examiner's Office on Wednesday afternoon. The forensic excavation work was being done outside the former home of 6-year-old Noel Rodriguez-Alvarez, a boy whose mother has been charged with capital murder in connection with his presumed death.
