HOW I DID IT⬇️🚨 Why did I start my weight loss journey?⭐️ I started because my weight gain brought on numerous health issues that negatively impacted my quality of life. I could no longer do the things I enjoyed in life and I was so exhausted all the time. I also was addicted to food. From the second I woke up, food is all I thought about. I knew my journey would have to focus on my mental state too🤍 What did I do? ⭐️ I started SLOWLY! Made little changes like finding low cal swaps for my fav foods, and started going to the gym a few times a week to lift weights🏋️‍♀️ I learned from tutorials online and went when the gym wasn’t super busy to feel more comfortable! What happened? ⭐️ I started to feel INCREDIBLE!! My health improved so much and I started to see the weight fall off👏🏼 My mental health improved because I didn’t restrict myself or cut out any of my fav foods! I just learned how to eat them in a calorie deficit🚨 I used a TDEE calculator to find my deficit and did a very small one so I wasn’t hungry🫶🏼 I NEVER GAVE UP after a bad day! We are human, and we will have human days! Don’t let it ruin your progress🤍 Ditch the fad diets and quick fixes!!
