Winter is coming so we gave Chuchu his first bath before it gets too cold. Cats don’t need frequent baths but doing it occasionally helps keep their coat and skin clean and healthy. A few tips if you’re bathing your cat for the first time, use lukewarm water, be gentle around the face, and use a shampoo made specifically for cats. Most importantly, have a warm space ready for them when they come out. We turned the heater on in our room beforehand so it was already warm when we brought him out to dry. That made a big difference in keeping him comfortable after.
