Boys should know how to handle problems without losing control. We taught the boys how to deal with hotel issues the right way — room keys not working, rooms not being ready, things not being set up properly, etc. Most people panic, get loud, or become disrespectful the moment they’re inconvenienced. We’re teaching these boys to stay calm, communicate clearly, solve problems respectfully, and even use small talk to keep situations from becoming awkward. Because how you handle inconvenience says a lot about your character.
