This journey has been so fun for me... Doing things as simple as increasing my steps, working out every day, getting into actual cardio like running, and just swapping out stuff that’s obviously unhealthy for either nothing or healthier versions. Eating more whole foods and less processed foods. Switching out lower fat options for options I used to eat that were way higher in fat. And yes, I know people are super against low fat options, but here’s the deal... I get enough fat in my diet already. I don’t need full fat everything. There’s just no point for me personally. Also... I’m huge on hitting 250g of protein a day. No exceptions.
