An Illinois veteran and retired firefighter has been hospitalized for more than a year after suffering a brain injury his attorneys allege was caused by eating contaminated oysters. The man's family is suing the steakhouse that served him the oysters. A spokesperson for the restaurant has disputed the allegations.
