For the past few weeks I haven't been myself. 🥹I've been fighting battles quietly having sleepless nights, carrying pain I couldn't always explain and pretending I was okay when I really wasn't.❤️‍🩹🕯️ But I finally realised that I don't have to carry everything alone. I chose to seek help, and I'm learning to face the things that broke me instead of running from them.🫡❤️‍🩹 I may not be completely healed yet,but I'm choosing myself again.
