"Hey you guys long time no speak, I come with disappointing news 😕 Unfortunately for my mental health I will not be able to return to streaming anytime soon. I thought by this time I’d be better but I was wrong. I’m not doing well mentally. I did want to share some insight into my healing journey with you all though. I go to therapy 2x a week and i’d go more but it’s hard to find a good therapist. I have chronic PTSD, severe MDD, and an anxiety disorder. I’ve been put on many different medications. Right now i’m on antidepressants, anti psychotics, and anxiety meds. i have frequent anxiety attacks and episodes throughout the day & night. Thankfully therapy has helped me put the pieces together and even understand some childhood trauma. But in these past three months ive suffered inexplicable pain and sadness that doesn’t just stop here and I’m left having to choose my well-being over my love for streaming. I don’t know when I will return but I do know I still have a mission to raise awareness for mental health when I come back + clearing up some misconceptions.
