The most misunderstood and contriversal content I do is when I flex heavy on my culture specifically kapa haka style (cultural performance art). But more so the pukana! Other than a complete definition I let the moment feel & I feel the moment. Our actions and eyes tell a story like most performances, they also express & hold emotion connected to whatever’s happening. With content I am entertaining, enjoying, having fun and also BEING PROUD whilst also challenging those who are uncultured and ignorant all at the same time 🤣 That’s how I explain it when it comes to my content. The more deep definition involves so much spiritual & historical meaning and it’s very accessible to search. Anyways we felt like adding a pukana session into our bed time routine tonight!
