A woman who died after a car went over a cliff and into the ocean last week was identified Monday by the Santa Cruz County Sheriff's Office. Alli Singh, a 19-year-old UC Santa Cruz student, died after a vehicle she was driving went off the road and over a cliff about 12:50 a.m. Thursday on West Cliff Drive near Steamer Lane. #santacruz #cliff #crash#abc7news
