A woman's car windshield was shattered by a fallen tree on Oahu Sunday while she was driving in windy conditions caused by Tropical Storm Lala. Lala weakened from a hurricane to a tropical storm Sunday after lashing through the state without making landfall. The storm was projected to continue moving westward and was forecast to become a hurricane again by Wednesday as it churns across the central Pacific Ocean, far from land. #tropicalstorm
