oatmeal cookie chunk 4ever 🍪 say hello to my copycat Ben & Jerry’s Oatmeal Cookie Chunk Ice Cream! if you are not familiar with this legendary flavor, it was a B&J cinnamon sweet cream ice cream loaded with oatmeal cookie batter pieces and fudge chunks that graced grocery store shelves in 2004. sadly it is no longer (RIP OCC), but I’m not joking when I say I think about this flavor at least once a month. this homemade version is no churn (aka super easy) and comes as close as I could get to the original. you can find the recipe directly on bromabakery.com or in my bio! happy summmmer 🍦
