Miss Uganda didn’t just wear couture. She wore an artful tribute to motherhood. At the 2026 Miss World Festival in Vietnam, Trivia Elle Muhoza wore Keesha Abdallah’s “Layers of Life” gown — inspired by the layers involved in a C-section and the designer’s own experience as a new mother. A pageant gown became a celebration of childbirth, motherhood, and the strength of the people whose bodies make it possible.
