A job interview is a set of interview questions about YOU! ❌It’s not my job to help you answer interview questions. ✅It’s your job to know yourself. 👨🏼‍💻If you don’t know why I should I hire you then you need to get an Interviewology Profile to figure out who you are what you offer. ✅It’s your job to know how to sell yourself. When I ask you “Why do you want to work here?” you need to tell me what you can do for me NOT what my company can do for you. I know what I can do for you, I don’t know what you can do for me. When I ask you, “Do you have any questions for me?” and you say, “No” that tells me everything I need to know.
