This video honestly left me feeling so emotional. 🥺 Seeing this little girl being taught how to eat and drink by herself, and watching her mother and brother turn it into a game, really touched me. Life may not always look the way we imagined it would, but it is what it is — and life continues. What matters is how we choose to face it. I absolutely love the mother’s strength. Instead of doing everything for her, she is patiently teaching her daughter how to be as independent as possible. That is love too. ❤️ Sometimes, independence is not about doing everything perfectly or doing things the way everyone else does. It is about being given the opportunity, patience, encouragement and confidence to try. And I love that her brother is also part of the process, making learning feel like play rather than making her feel different. May this little girl continue to grow surrounded by people who see her abilities, not just her limitations. And may her mother continue to have the strength, support and resources to give her the beautiful life she deserves. This really reminded me that sometimes the strongest form of love is not doing everything for someone, but teaching them that they can do things for themselves. ❤️
