Joan Sebastian Guerrero's partner and mother to his 3-year-old daughter, Karolina Rojas Alvarez, spoke publicly for the first time Thursday after federal agents shot and killed Guerrero during a traffic stop in Maine on Monday. "That Monday afternoon was supposed to be her day with Dad, but he never came home," she said in Spanish, fighting back tears. "Now, my daughter asks for her dad, I don't have the strength to tell her that Dad's not coming, and that she won't be able to hug him or tell him 'Daddy, I love you.'"
