I can’t imagine a better way to experience Mexico than this trip. I’m going back to Oaxaca with a small group, and we’re going all in. Markets, mole, mezcal, tacos, tlayudas, agave fields, home kitchens, street food, cooking together, eating together and soaking up one of the most exciting food cities on earth. Oaxaca is one of my favorite places I’ve ever been because it hits every sense at once. It’s loud, beautiful, delicious and completely alive. And yes, we’re going to eat extremely well. But we’re also going to meet the people, traditions and flavors that make this place unforgettable. I’ll be there with you for all of it. Come hungry. Come curious.
