She testified he confronted her about it, she denied sending them, and believes he didn’t accept that. She also mentioned a woman named Lindsay Bolin, saying there was tension because Mila was living in the home while Lindsay was not, though she said she didn’t know Lindsay’s role or employment. Mila acknowledged deleting some text messages, saying she didn’t want everything out publicly and was concerned about how she’d be perceived. She also testified that Diggs asked about an NDA; a statement she made about that was struck from the record. On cross-examination, the defense focused on inconsistencies, pointing out differences between what she reportedly told police and her testimony—specifically whether the dispute was about money or a trip, and how she described the physical encounter. The defense also presented video from hours after the alleged incident and questioned her about visible injuries, and referenced messages suggesting she discussed seeking money and possibly filing a lawsuit.
