Trump’s promise for $5000 to all American adults if his party wins is a promise of electoral bribery. This is not ambiguous, and he certainly should face a court of law for making this clearly illegal promise. There are many other horrific things that Trump is responsible for, but we cannot let Trump shift our Overton window of what is acceptable. No politician should run on promises of bribery. . In addition, on 9/11 let us remember that fighting dumb wars does not make our country better, or the world safer.
