Healthy French fry meal prep recipe... cut russet potatoes into desired fry shape. Soak in cold water for 30 minutes (or as long as you want up to 24 hours) dry potatoes completely with a lint free towel. Toss in canola oil and bake for 30 minutes at 450°. Only store in the fridge what you plan to eat that week, the rest go in the freezer. Air fry at meal time 350° for 10 minutes #munchies #easyrecipe #mealprep #finallyallison #fiber
