Working in childcare fucking destroys me seeing how fast people decide a little girl is “too grown” just because of her body, her skin, her voice, her personality, HER. It’s exhausting watching kids get labeled before they even get the chance to just be kids. Please work on your biases toward little children. Let them be little. Let them grow at their own pace without adult expectations being forced onto them!!! I was the fat early developed disabled girl I was taller than my peers Being aged up IS SO DAMAGING. The first slide is for all little girls if the post doesn’t specifically include you, you’re included in that. I then broke it down into groups that are often impacted in different / more specific ways based on what’s documented or statistically seen and also what I’ve personally seen/experienced. All children should be treated as children but it’s also okay for a post to be focused on girls specifically.
