Here’s how I’m currently meal prepping 4 days worth of food on my current diet. I’m aiming for 3600 calories, 270g of protein, 405g carbs and 100g of fat. To be honest I’m actually starting to reverse diet which is the process where you add calories every week until I reach a desired caloric intake (4000-4500) so this will change really soon.
