I love watching these Lao dance competitions! I haven’t posted one for a while but I really do enjoy them. Here is a snippet of the 8 minute performance: ‘Festival of Worship at Wat Phou Champasak Temple’ Awarded 1st runner-up in Xaysetha District (Primary Level, 2025–2026). ການຟ້ອນ: ງານບຸນນະມັດສະການ ວັດພູ ຈຳປາສັກ This performance is presented by students of Pathana School, who received 1st place runner up at the district level for the 2025–2026 academic year. I believe this is the middle school division. This performance reflects the beauty of Lao culture through graceful dance, storytelling, and traditional elements. It highlights the identity, way of life, and heritage of the Lao people.
