Creamy Buldak Ramen 🍜🔥 Ingredients 1 pack Buldak Carbonara ramen 2 slices Swiss cheese 1 slice cheddar cheese 2–3 tbsp Kewpie mayo 1–2 tsp chili oil Buldak carbonara powder and sauce packets 2–3 strips bacon 1 cup milk + water mixture Mozzarella cheese Green onions Dumplings Extra chili oil for topping Instructions In a pan, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove the bacon and discard most of the excess bacon fat. In the same pan, add Swiss cheese, cheddar cheese, Kewpie mayo, chili oil, Buldak powder and sauce, and green onions. Mix everything together until creamy and well combined. Pour in the milk and water mixture and bring to a gentle boil. Add the noodles, cover, and cook until the noodles are soft and coated in the creamy sauce. Top with mozzarella cheese, cover again, and let it melt.
