Some moments change your life forever. This is mine. This isn't the update I ever imagined making, and it's taken time to find the words. Not because I wanted to hide it, but because I needed time to process it myself. I wasn't ready to share this until I had answers. Nothing prepares you for hearing those words. My world became divided into "before" and "after." Before the diagnosis.
After the diagnosis. Everything changed. This chapter will include treatment, uncertainty, grief, hope, and learning how to live with a future I never expected. It won't always be easy, but I want to share this journey honestly, not just when life is beautiful, but when it's unbelievably hard too. I've learned that hope and heartbreak can exist in the same breath. You can be grateful and grieving. Hopeful and afraid. So I'm choosing to keep showing up through that. Because there is still hope.
There is still joy to be found.
