Dash cam video shows the moment a Volusia County deputy missed a curve while going over the speed limit, sending him and his K-9 partner into a retention pond, the sheriff's office said. While the deputy originally claimed he hydroplaned, Sheriff Mike Chitwood says this footage proved otherwise.
