Without a doubt the most beautiful hike you can do in Peru 🇵🇪🏔️ In early June, we finally completed the classic 8-day Huayhuash Circuit, a hike that had been on my bucket list for years. We had planned to do it on our first trip to Peru two years ago, but the weather had other plans. This time, everything aligned, we had perfect conditions and unforgettable days in the mountains. There are many route options (3, 5, 8, or even 10 days), depending on the kind of adventure you're looking for. We chose the 8-day route, which is the most popular. This route covers the most spectacular highlights of the trek! We were amazed by the views every single day! While most hikers do this trek with a guide, we chose to go independently. Only choose this option if you're well acclimatized and experienced in multi-day backpacking. If not, hiring a guide is highly recommended, it's still a serious 8-day adventure, with camping every night and carrying everything with you.
