Photon Matrix is a portable laser mosquito defence system from Photon Matrix Lab, a startup in Changzhou, China. A lidar sweeps a fan-shaped plane, spots mosquito-sized targets by the change in distance, and a laser fires along the same optical path to disable the wings.
