Cheesy chicken stuffing casserole ❤️🥘 Anything in a casserole brings me right back to those busy after-school days! I seasoned and cooked 2 chicken breasts, then shredded them. You can also use rotisserie or pre-shredded chicken to make this even easier! (I seasoned my chicken with garlic , onion, salt , pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning) Add the chicken to a baking dish with 1 can of cream of chicken soup, 1/4 cup milk, and peas and carrots if you’d like. Mix well, then top with your favorite cheese. Prepare a box of stuffing according to the package directions and spread it over the top. ❗️Bake uncovered at 350°F for about 20 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the stuffing is golden. ❗️Super simple, quick, and comforting!
