Today I finally get to share a moment that filled my heart with so much joy. Although our precious grandson Isaiah was baptised on Saturday, 30 May 2026, I wanted to give his parents the honour and privilege of sharing their special day first. As a mother, there are moments that remind you that all the years of loving, teaching, guiding, praying, and sometimes worrying were never in vain. Watching my son stand before God with his own child in his arms was one of those moments. It was a beautiful reminder that the values, faith, and foundation his dad and I worked so hard to instill in him have taken root in his heart. Seeing him choose to raise his son with those same principles fills me with a pride that is difficult to put into words. There is something deeply emotional about watching your child become the kind of parent you hoped and prayed they would be. The foundation laid years ago is now being passed on to the next generation, and that is one of life's greatest blessings. I am incredibly proud of my son and the mother of his child for taking this important step in faith and welcoming their beautiful boy into the Christian family. My heart is overflowing with gratitude, love, and pride.
